Gas prices...

I saw on the news last night:

Crude has dropped ~ 35%.

Retail prices for gas has dropped ~ 15%.

They interviewed a gas station owner, he cried, "The gas we're selling right now, was purchased at the higher price of several weeks ago... That's why the prices aren't comming down as fast as crude".

What about when crude was going up? The bastards were raising prices daily as crude prices went up... on gas they bought weeks earlier!

We're just continuing to get screwed... as a little person, I just have to bend over and take it.

rant off...

Taking a friend home last night, my mom pointed out that gas was at $1.99 a gallon. Of course, not being able to drive, I didn't pay any attention. But I see how big this is, now.

I feel your pain, but you can't blame everything on the gas station owner.
See the following link.

1.85 in the St. Louis area, seems always cheaper here than the national average.
