Thumbs down

OK, I am getting tired of so many people being so stupied about the Dukes of Hazzard movie. Everyone over at the IMDB boards keep having hissy fits over it being PG-13 and saying it's bad. They keep fussing how it is not a family movie like the show and no one should watch it. And the media keeps showing Jessica's body on the commericals whitch is making it worse..

Has anyone actually seen it, if yes tell me what's it like.

I loved it, but I think Bill Engvall would've made a better Roscoe and Larry the Cable Guy would've made a better Cooter. Rhys Millen's driving was AWESOME.

Yeah . .Boss and Roscoe could have been cast better in my opinion.

I'll buy it on DVD when available. Nice to see the General Lee on the Big Screen.

I laughed the whole movie. From the previews it was hard to tell how good it was going to be. I enjoyed the movie, we may go see it again LOL

I loved the part when they were stuck in Atlanta traffic and was not aware that Cooter had graced them with the flag LOL

Oh, and we will get it when it comes out on DVD too, Shane loves that show, he has to watch it on CMT all the time

I saw it last noght and I liked it. People are just too sensitive nowadays. They'll find something to complain about with anything and everything. There are movies alot worse than this one. The cars were awesome and so was the stunt driving.

I always loved the show so I'll go see the movie for sure, even though the newspaper called it "the worst movie EVER" and gave it a rating of ZERO stars out of four.

wait a minute Doug, your friends took your girlfriend to a movie?

Saw it this past weekend with my girlfriend and we both liked it. Pretty good movie, the language didn't really bother me.... relate to it I guess

I am surprised that with the cursing its a PG 13... and not NC17, add to it the sexual innuendos, shocked its not an R

I am waiting for it to come out on Cable. I cant get past Daisy as a blonde.... Daisy Duke was a BRUNNETTE!

From the commericals, I think I agree with Brad on casting of Roscoe and Boss.

Haha I loved the movie, I also saw it got 0 out of 4 stars here, which is why I had to go see it to begin with lol the stunt driving was awesome, the cast, coulda been better, I personally don't care for Jessica Simpson, She isn't a great actress, and shes not a great looking person, shes short, really short, if you noticed in the movie as they were walking out of the bar/diner that she was working at, she had at least 4 inch heals on, and as they were walking out she was still a good three inches shorter than Sean William Scott. I thought Sean William Scott and Johnny Knoxville did a great job as the Duke boys, the C4 scene was somewhat lame, especially cause I thought that C4 needed to have electronic pulses not a fuse... oh well, over all I thought it worked out great, the cars were awesome the General just purred... too cool i give it two thumbs up, though the rest of my friends who I saw it with thought it was horrible, maybe it's cause I'm the only one who had seen the originals...
