Does this seem right?
So I'm down-sizing a bit at work. I have my Snap-On tool box up for sale on the local Craigslist and I get an email about it after a week. The guy is really interested in it, asks for additional pics but reveals he's in Maryland (I live in California). How he saw my ad I don't know. He wants to pay for the box via Paypal and have a freight truck pick it up. He gave me a phone number to be contacted at last night, he even called this morning but was a bad connection so he's texting and emailing instead. I don't know what to think of this situation, especially him being in Maryland and me being in California. Advice?

I dont get the issue. If hes paying you up front and youre sending it, what's the problem? You can look at other sections of the country on Craiglist, not just your own. Now, Id be a little more concerned on the other end because the only protection he has is Paypal, which is good protection on eBay purchases, but probably less so for non-eBay transactions (never had a non-eBay issue). I wouldnt put my address out on Craigslist, though.

Kinyodas, it's a bit off-subject but I also have a stock 2012 kona blue gt manual trans which I also consider a piece of automotive history. "Long-term Americana history preservation project" says it all. Stock cars are more collectible imho, besides I'm lazy.
