Big match against the Eagles!!

We are now ranked 3rd in offense, but a pitiful 24th in defense!!

At least we are doing better than the Bears, eh Jason?

NFC NORTH W L T

Green Bay 7 4 0

Minnesota 7 4 0

Chicago 4 7 0

Detroit 4 7 0

Here's hoping Favre and the Pack kick the stuff out of Flabby McNabb and the Eagles. With the severe letdown of my Lions (hey guys, remember when you were 4-2? Yeah, me neither.) the Packers are the last chance for me to be happy with this NFL season. Brett Favre...

With all due respect, giving up on Eli so soon would be silly. 99% of good QB's don't do well as a rookie. Peyton Manning might have done well, but he's Peyton Manning...

Roethlisberger (I'll give myself a cookie if I got that spelling right...) is a freak anomaly. And frankly, the success of the Steelers has almost nothing to do with him being a good QB, beyond his ability to not make a lot of dumb mistakes.

Give Eli a chance, consider the following. He's in NY, a high-pressue environment for any athlete, he's behind an O-line that's playing better than expected, but still isn't anything to write home about. And I might add, if someone besides Shockey would try actually holding onto a pass Eli might look better.

Packers actually play better on the road than at home. One of my friends from work is big Bears fan (he is from Chicago, but he's currently living in Milwaukee) and he really hate Packers. So, at the begining of the season he was always making fun of everybody at work because Packers were losing. Its been 6 weeks since then and Packers won 6 in the row. He's been really quiet in the last 6 weeks.

Packers record against the Bears . .

168 Games 77-85-6 (0.475)

BUT . . (Hate to admit it) Packers have more World Championships and Super Bowls than the Bears. :notnice:

many of you will be very surprised about what i am about to say: Go packers.

don get me wrong, no one shall ever recive more praise than the 49ers, but the packers are #2 on my list of favorite teams so goo luck 'mates

as a side not, anyone in the bay area be sure to watch for WHS on high school sports focus. we're 12-0 rite now and #1. if we win tonight against westmoore in milpitas we'll be totally undefeated for the first time ever AND it will be our first ever stragiht out win in the CCS championship. i hope we win. especially since last season they were 2-8 can you say comeback????? :w00t:  eace: :spin: :headbang:
