Gee, really????

I've been following Cloverfield since the first 1-18-08 video surfaced. I was just asking if codeman94 had noticed it.

so it was a satellite and not an asteroid?

so that satellite crashing into the bottom of the ocean woke up the monster?

Either the satellite woke it up or when the satellite was being retrieved, the monster was woken up. I'm leaning toward the latter since there was nearly a month between the crash and the monster attack.

Interesting. I assume it grew in the ocean during the interval between crash and attack?

I think the best sequal would be a "regular style movie" from the government's point of view about being attacked and whatnot...kinda like Independence Day.

I loved my Gran Torino. I wish I had it back. It'd be fun to customize now!

Another 'same kinda movie' thing would be pointless
