Christmas Lights

I thought I would share my christmas display with everybody that helped me get through the agonizing time while I was waiting for my 2005 GT. Here is a link to the videos that I recorded.

Excellent display. Just a shame that you chose that music. It seems that anyone that does a light dispay is using that track!

Didn't you notice that Wizards in Winter is not the only track I have. It is everybodys favorite that sees my shows live. Granted alot of people use that song for thier shows but it is a great song for lights to dance to. I'm sorry if you don't like it, but take a look at my other videos, they are not that song.
I have added one more song to my show but I don't have a video ready to post yet. I will post it soon.

Merry Christmas

Thats so friggin awesome. Please give some details on how all of that is setup, how you program it etc. I've always been curious on it.

This is definately c/t worthy.

Thanks for the c/t Scott. And thanks for letting me know what X2 is April.

As for "how do I do it?". I dont know, its just magic. But seriously it is a computer program and the music is controlling 112 channels with alot of wiring to each and every item out in the yard. Each channel is then programmed to each note in the songs and it takes a lot of patience. It took me and my 12 year old son a month, with my Son-in Law helping on the weekends, to intall all of the displays and do all of the wiring. And I spent two and half months programming songs. So if this something you are considering doing, be prepared to dedicate some time and patience.

Scott, if you want more information or for that matter if any body else wants more information about this, PM me with your E-mail address and I can give you better details along with a web site of where I got the software. But beware, although the software is relatively inexpensive the hardware can get pretty expensive.

Ok now that wrote a mini book, everybody, Please, have a Merry Christmas

Very nice!

I have a neighbor with a similar set up. I posted a thread in this forum with a link to his website with videos. I wish had the money and time to do the same thing.
