Now in freezer waiting for Christmas.

First Pic, 1lb ground almonds, 1lb Berry Sugar, 1lb Icing Sugar. (Christmas Crack or Almond paste)

Second Pic, Almond Paste (Mixed) on Cake (White Pound Cake with Cherries).

Third and Fourth Pics, finished with Royal Icing.

A slice of this can cause a Diabetic Comma.

Berry Sugar is fine ground regular Sugar used in baking.

It's available in Stores as Berry Sugar, usually stocked near the Regular Stuff.
