After 3 long, sometimes painful, years I'm going home. This Friday I'm going to Serbia. I really hate flying, I always get sick, but for this I don't mind throwing up for 15 straight hours. Chicago - Paris - Belgrade.

So everybody have a great summer and I'll see you in few months.

Zoran, have a great trip and take some pics for us while you're there. Too bad you don't have a little layover in Paris. It's my favorite city in the world.

Bon voyage.

I actually have to wait for over 4 hours in Paris for my flight to Belgrade. Last time I went home (summer of 2002) I had to wait for over 5 hours in Prag. God I hate waiting.

Arin, how long was that flight?
Last time I went home I was living in Twin Falls, Idaho.
So I had to drive from Twin Falls to Salt Lake City, Utah (4 hours), then fly Salt Lake City - New York (4 hours), New York - Prag (13 hours) and then Prag - Belgrade (3 hours) for a total of 24 hours of traveling.
I was sick for a 2 weeks after I came back to the States.

I like Twin Falls. But that's another long story.

My flight to Vietnam was about 24 hours. Long and scary.

When I was in college I flew from California to Japan on a prop job. 36 hours on a US Air Force reserve airplane is not a luxury flight. Don't complain. Just endure.

Scott, were you actually living in Twin Falls?
I loved it there, I wish I never moved to Wisconsin. My best friend from Milwaukee is moving to Twin Falls this summer. Lucky guy. He'll also be in Serbia this summer.

I don't remember, I was too busy throwing up through entire time.

This time I'm taking sleeping pills.

Have a safe trip and try to relax. Its the take offs and landings that bother me the most.

Have a safe flight Zoran, I hope this one is better for you.

BTW, you're not the only one that despises waiting in airports.
