On CNN today. 
Location: construction site
Item of interest: port-a-toilet
Victim: construction worker
Scene 1: the worker relaxes while he relieves himself
Scene 2: he decides to double his pleasure by lighting a cigarette (not noticing the methane gas leak)
Scene 3: BONG... BANG... KAAAAABOOOOOOM...!!!
I would have paid to see that.
BTW, he is suing.
