Has anyone heard this album yet?

It is freaking spectacular... best rock album since Velvet Revolver's Contraband.

 

I didn't know they had a new one?? I really liked their last one and Velvet Revolvers so I guess I'll take your word for it.

Audioslave has one of the best rock songs ever. Don't flame me, I don't follow them, but it's the one with the video where they're playing on top of a building and there's fireworks going off in the background. What's the name of that song? Can you help me?
And yes, Contraband is a GREAT cd.

Yep, and don't waste your time. He takes his political views way too seriously. And you get bombarded by them.

 

After listening to alot of the new album, I like it alot! I need to spend about an hour driving around listening to it since I cant really play it loud here at work.

 

I agree, lucky for me I have a 30 mile commute each way. I'll pick it up tomorrow. I wasn't too hit on Cornell's solo CD. I did like about 4 songs from it but that was it. His best song (mellow) is on the Great Expectations soundtrack. Check it out if you can.

Got the new CD but I didn't have time to listen to it yet, busy buying the second car tonight. I'll give my review tomorrow.

 

My sister just came home with the CD (she bought it) so far I havent heard it, someone is being a hog.

 

It is an awesome driving CD... I had it cranked this morning. I am eager to see if anyone agrees with me

 

I got to play it to work, at work (3 times), and on the way home. It is great!! No sophmore jinks on this one.

 

Yup, it's Cochise. If I were to write my own rock song, and direct my own video, that would be exactly what I'd do. My jaw drops everytime I see this video, and my TV cranks. I don't know why, it just hits me in the right spot.
