Arrow Speed Warehouse files bankruptcy
Arrow Speed Warehouse Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, listing estimated assets of $26 million and debts of $31.6 million.
The Kansas City, Kan., company and its Streetside Auto LLC subsidiary filed for bankruptcy Sunday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Arrow Speed's attorney, Scott Goldstein of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP, said Wednesday that the estimated asset and debt figures are as of Aug. 25. The company had a loss of $3.1 million on sales of $70.7 million for the year that ended Aug. 31, Goldstein said.
