Anyone familiar with LAW classes?

I have this class, it's called Employment Law, and it's really difficult.
I have to do well on this; otherwise, I will fail and not graduate.

So can anyone help me with these 3 problems?

He has TMS post # 1,000,000. We really can't ask him for anything.

Zoran, it looks like Ray gave you the answers you need.

I was thinking about the questions, and while I don't have the answers myself I was going to suggest perhaps using a law library. I know in PA here they are in the courthouse and are open to the public to research past cases and legal procedures. I don't know if they operate in the same manner in Wisconsin, but I thought I'd just give you the info.

Good luck on the test. I am sure you will do just fine. You are a very intelligent gentleman.

Andy, just wait and see who's my teacher.

If you have time, read all 14 pages.

I'm 2 weeks away from graduation with bachelor degree in business and chances are really high that this professor will fail 4 out of 5 of us in that class.

Geez... I read all of the responses and it sounds like he has definitely picks favorites, thinks too highly of himself, and doesn't really like his position at all. Not what I would call professor material.

But.... I will tell you this, it will be all the sweeter when you pass his class. Have faith and confidence, you will do it!
