Have no chance of arguing this one but at least my radar detector saved me from a speeding or a careless and imprudent ticket.



Second one I've gotten that my radar detector has saved me from worse. Officer asked me why I didn't push it and I told him cause of my detector. He told me that's why the other guy is getting four tickets and I'm just getting a squalling tires ticket

 

You shouldn't need a radar detector to save you.

Sorry but I bought my radar detector two days after I bought my Cobra because I know it's a little too tempting to play. And knock on wood these are the only tickets I've gotten, $75 and no points

 

And if you don't need a radar detector or a sharp eye then you are a grandpa or just bought the car for looks to be cool. Cause the reason I bought mine is to make it go FAST!!!

I'm married and I get three or four track days a year but I could always use more. I blame it on the two car shows today and the silly tiburon owner piping me at the light. LMAO!! He got four point tickets I got one that doesn't add points. Drove by him pointing and laughing because he didn't know to let off the gas like my radar detector let me know, dumb ricer!!!

 

No ... I just don't drive like an asshat ... Believe me I have a lead foot but when I am approaching the speed limit I let off the gas

I have been driving for 8 years and knock on wood I haven't gotten a speeding ticket yet

Oh I stopped accelerating at the speed limit LMAO I just hit it in about 3 seconds and sat and spun for 2 seconds. Dumb cop was sitting with his radar off about 150 yards away. By the time he turned it on I had already decelerated

And as for driving like an asshat, I beat the punk to the speed limit, saw my radar detector lighting up and kept it pegged at 45. My ticket was for squalling tires, he got speeding, racing, c and I and squalling tires, LMAO!!! Sorry, I'm 33 and learned when to let off

Sorry, I have a 2 stage rev limiter and damned if a silly little tiburon is gonna make my car look weak. Oh and by the time I had hit 45 he had barely left the line. The cop was laughing at the guy and asked him if he was serious, LMFAO!!!

 

I dont street race, could really care less about the other cars. I mean, I mainly drive my sixxer so not much to prove there. But I still drive like a ****head. Actually it really doesnt matter what Im in, just the way I am.
