UPDATE: their still calling. they've just called twice in under 20 minutes. they've called and i answered like 'hello, bye' then they call again and i just answer it and im like 'bye' then hang up. if they get pissed off from that then thats funny lol

When they call again tell them that under the Fair Debt Collections act you want them to provide you proof of the debt. Also, that they are to take the number off their call list and not to call again. Document the dates, times and frequency of any calls from them - note the name of the caller also. Then file with the FTC for harassing debt collection practices.
