ANKLE BITTER!

Is it a pup?
Just get her a rawhide chew. or a rope The kind with the knots on the end. They also help in flossing the teeth.
If she does not like water you could also use a water bottle and squirt her every time she does.

yup, she's a pup ![Smile](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Thanks for the pointers. I'll use them and see how it goes. We gave her her first bath and she didnt like it one bit, so the water squirting may be a good idea if all else fails. Thanks!

I actually started thinking about that a few days after we got her. I named the dog after something mustang people are anxiously waiting for lol. What does DORA stand for exactly?

As for the ankle biter just shoot it. That should stop it.

The water bottle squirt idea is a good one. Another idea might be a can with some pennys in it that you would shake in the pup's face that sounds kind of rude and get's their attention, then say NO! You'll have to keep those things handy so you can make the correction right when the offense is being made, if it's done later, the pup won't know what the discipline is about.

Rawhides work well. I go through 2 bags a week- plus a pack of Dingo Bones and greenies.
Eddie was teething and he chewed on everyone and everything. He grew out of it, and is a little angel now. maybe that is what's going on with Dora.

Yea, apparently when they are a few months old they lose their baby teeth and grow new ones.
Eddie was miserable, and I had teeth all over the place where he lost em. He is also finally growing into his huge bat ears.
