Raw or cooked? I've eaten a few cooked bugs (was in Mexico on a trip), they tasted like crunchy peanuts. Really, they weren't all that bad.
To answer the question, probably the flying roach...at least the wings would be crunchy. Dunno if I could take the tickly fuzzies.
Be bored at work all day and have nothing to do but look around on here
