ouch, this ones tough. but ill go with the vinegar.
the NFL being gracious people and just let the 49ers go to the playoffs just for kicks...and they absolutely destroy every single team and get a 6th super bowl

You're on a mission to the moon. Suddenly, the explosive bolts on the door pop, and you weren't wearing your suit or buckled in. So that means you'll be explosively blown out of the ship, and have to endure the horrific exposure of the hard vaccuum of space before succumbing...
or
swallowing a small pinecone whole. Which is painful and could cause you to choke horribly before passing out and expiring.
