Wow that thing looks horrible! The wing makes the back end look like a camaro, and if you look from half the car to the back it looks like a g37.... Looks horrible!

 

They all sound like the Chevy trucks with exhaust....once they add an aftermarket can, they sound a lot better. It's like GM gives them a sad old truck cam

Lots of butthurt in this thread. Go watch more than 1 video of the car, the exhaust sounds great.

looks silly. I think it looks like a next gen Camaro. I am sure the GM fanboys would defend it even if the new vet looked like a cobalt.

 

Yep, my die-hard Chevy friend loves it and the performance, but will admit the rear looks messy.

its sounds awful because chevy owners touch goats at night.

 

I happen to think it looks great in the back. Its the front I had a problem with.

You know, you might have something to that.

I was coming home tonight in my '67, and this SN95 GT pulled up next to me, and it sounded nice.

I always liked the 289 at high rpms and the 427 Side oiler is amazing

There is a comparative sound effect as well. I was in Berlin a few years back, and got a test drive in a Bentley Continental Speed GT, and got to start up and listen to a Bugatti Veyron run.

Immediately after that, I crossed the street and asked for and got a test drive in a Ferrari, and I swear that Ferrari all of a sudden sounded like a cheap piece of junk. Kind of tinny sounding, after hearing the Bentley and the Bugatti run.

 

427 Side Oiler Madness/Goodness

 

These new vettes are awesome and sound fine. Sounds way better than a stock 5.0. I'd take one.
