I changed my list for the LAST TIME, I SWEAR. I even color coded it for your convience!

So if anybody wants to see the final results, and I know you are all dying to, it's back on the first page.

Hey Scott, we're thinking in the same boat when it comes to your 2nd choice . I too have the Koenigsegg on my list. You'd be suprised how many people I tell about this car, and they look at me like I got 2 heads. This car is STUPENDOUS!!! The best thing is, the basis for Koenigsegg;s engine is a Ford block.

man 10 car's, if this was real it'd take me forever to really narrow it down to 10, but for TMS I'll do it in 5 min

1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429
1967 Shelby GT500
1970 Dodge Hemi Challenger
1970 Chevy LS-6 Chevelle
2007 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra GT500
Ford GT40 MK 1
2006 Ford GT
2006 Aston Martin DB9
2004 Koenigsegg CCR (gotta have a scary fast car)
2006 Ford F-350 King Ranch (pull toys in style)

That'd make a good starting list for me, a bit of everything.

it is indeed an AMAZING piece of engineering, It is slowly getting more recognition, still depending on who you talk to.

1963 Corvette split window
1966 Shelby Cobra
1966 Shelby Mustang
1967 Mercury Cougar
1968 Corvair with Crown V8 conversion
1971 Dodge Challenger
1972 De Tomaso Pantera
1978 Porsche Turbo Carrera
2006 Mustang GT Vert

Nice thread. Thought I knew my cars, but I sure don't recognize some of the name you folks are throwing around. Gonna have to do some research. Until then  to y'alls knowledge.

Your right about that Manny. Some people I talk to at car shows know what that car is, some know of the name, but most have never heard of it, as they never heard of a Pagani either. Most of the time, if I ever want to read about these cars, I have to go to my local Barnes and Noble & pick up the latest Top Gear, EVO, or Car magazine (these are U.K. car mags, imported). Not any of the BIG 3 mags, plus Automobile ever does a long story on these cars, for that matter. Just recently did Autoweek do a story on the Koenigsegg CCR, and C&D did a small half page on the Pagani. I wish these cars would get more press here in the USA. They are incredibly fast, and the Pagani's craftmanship is miles nicer than any Ferrari.
