If I could have a stable of my Top 10 stashed away they would be -

1970 Boss 302, Calypso Coral w/all options
1970 Cougar Eliminator, Calypso Coral, Boss 302 motor, Houndstooth interior
1969 Z/28 Camaro, Hugger Orange, RS option, Cowl hood, cross ram intake & 4 wheel disc brake options, rear spoiler
1969 Trans-am convertible, White(only color available)
1970 AMC Rebel Machine, White w/Red, White & Blue stripes, 390 w/4 sp.
1966 427 AC Cobra, Blue w/White stripes
1970 Hemi Challenger Convertible, what color , 4 sp.
1969 COPO(427) Camaro, White, cowl hood and rear spoiler, 4 sp.

OK, I'll gove it a shot:

67 Z28
67 Shelby GT 500
69 Boss 429
63 Studebaker Avanti R2 (super charged 289)
70 Plymouth Superbird/ Dodge Daytona
69 AMC S/C Rambler
67 Corvette roadster 427/435
66 AC Cobra 427
69 (70?) Mark Donahue Edition Javelin 390

It's a shame you said pick only ten, I could add anoth 6 or 8 with no problem. I tried to pick differnet types of vehicles so I wouldn't get bored with the same old, same old.

Detomaso Pantera GT5S- Baby Blue [1st pic]
(Ford Cleveland/Windsor V8= Muscle Car)
this is more muscle car than a muscle car!

Look at the meat in the back!!! [not baby blue]

1970 Sidewinder- Grabber Blue

1970 Boss 302- Grabber Blue

1970 Shelby GT350- Grabber Blue

1969 AMC AMX- Big Bad Blue

1970 Pontiac Trans Am- White w/ Blue

1971 Plymouth 'Cuda- in Vitamin C

1969 Camaro RS/SS- Hugger Orange

1972 AMC Javelin- Brilliant (Bog Bad) Blue [not shown]

Dodge Challenger R/T- Plum Crazy

1969 Pontiac GTO Judge- Orbit Orange

I'm not a big fan of the "big" muscle cars... more of a pony man myself
And I love eye-catching colors

Oh man this is tough

First of all, I count my II as a muscle car, so that one is on the list already

I suppose I need to have myself a big block stang, lets go with a '68 GT390, DHG please

Everyone loves a Boss, 351 in my case

I don't think I could live withmyself if I never get to ride/drive a '67 Camaro

What kind a muscle car fanatic doesnt want a 454 Chevelle SS either?

The original '64 Goat is a must as well

I need an AMC Javelin

'71 Challenger would be fun, too

Don't forget a '66 'cuda, light blue

And last but not least, in the least, an Olds 442

All great choices. Not to pick a nit but the Pantera (I'll take a 73, thank you), the Cobra (my alltime favorite car from that era) and the Corvette are sports cars, not muscle cars. But I'm glad to see you guys included.

I'll only add one more: my first new car, a 1970 Camaro SS350. Wish I still had it...

While I have to agree with you on the fact they were considered sports cars I would call them that with small blocks, now when you stuff them with big blocks I would consider them Muscle Cars.
