What exotic cars have you driven or been driven in?
The only exotic I have been fortunate enough to get a ride in was my uncle's 2006 Ford GT (traded for a 68 Ford Shelby), which he drove me in through South Beach, a night to remember. What about you guys? Any Aston Martins? Lambos? Ferrari's?

A friend of mine in college worked for a local Porsche dealer. He had to deliver an '84 911 Cabriolet to a dealer in New Orleans and bring back a Targa. I rode with him and he let me drive the Targa from New Orleans to Houston on the way back. That thing took off like it was shot out of a sling shot. I can't imagine how they are these days.

Not that its real exotic but I got to drive my employers BMW 745i. Deffinately a nice ride..got a lot of looks in it. Didn't get a chance to see what it would do though other than how to work the stupid I-drive and that its a 4 step process to start the car.
Im still on a high from it but tonight I got to ride in a another club members 65' notch that has a built 351 on a 150 shot. First car I ever rode in that was on NOS and that runs low 11s. Did a full on launch on the juice...I think I was grinnin for 30 minutes...

I've had the priviledge to drive on several occasions the Ford GT we have here at the dealership. Its the owner's and it is one SICK CAR!!! Its by far the best exotic car value ever IMHO. The power the GT has is insane!!! Now, as to riding in, I've riden in both a Murcielago, and a Gallardo up at Pocono Raceway during the track session of La Bella Mechinna D'Italia, the exotic car show. The driver of the Murc was the legendary Valentino Balboni, Lamborghini's chief test driver for the past 30 some years. He got the car up to 175 in the front straight and the back sraight, before just ringing the car out around the corners of the infield road course. At 175 MPH, its INSANE how things fly by in a blur. The Gallardo was driven by another test driver and that car is impressive as its so much lighter and livelier around the track.
Hey Karman, you got any pics of the Lambo? I'd love to see them.

GLAD YOU ASKED
HOW ABOUT THIS FOR A CUSTOM PAINT JOB?
Attachment 34037
.
Don't be scared... it was done in watercolor as a salute to the troops of Desert Storm under the first Bush administration.
It washed right off. It did take a while to paint it though.
.
Here is the view most people see...

My cousins husband is a banker in Cincy, he let me take his '95 F355 Ferrari out once day. It was just allright. I mean I wasn't blown away by the power or anything, in the lower revs it was dog slow, I realize the reasons why.
It did turn more heads than the ZR-1 Corvette I drove at the time, but the Corvette gave nothing up in the power dept.
I prefer my S3 JRC to it also.

A couple years ago 1 of my local Ford dealerships had a Ford GT in thier showroom. I went in just to drool over it and got talking with the salesman about it. He let me sit in it. That is one amazing car

Audi A8 is the most exotic car that I've ever been in. My uncle used to have and we took rides many times. Since then I've been a big fan of Audi, but I still prefer Mercedes.
