Y'all may hate this response but...

SVT Raptor with:
Twin Turbocharged Aluminum 5.8L with Auto & Paddle shifters with cylinder deactivation
Aluminium Frame
Carbon Fiber Body

(Suck even more weight)
Suspension adjustments to raise it another 2" higher than it already is, and lower it 4" from where it currently is. Yes, 6" of adjustments.

Then, you have a vehicle that transports the whole family, flies off road,
gets decent mileage, lowered would be crazy fun on the street!

That would actually be a bad *** truck. Putting it on airbags would give it a smoother ride and give you the 6'' adjustment you want if done properly. I wouldn't really want cylinder deactivation cause I like the sound of a spooling turbo V8 if it were me I'd put the twins under the bed for better weight distribution.
