Same thing is pretty much in my courty. I got pull over when I was 17 (driving age is 18), I have him $20 and that was it. Happens all the time.

I used to not get tickets very much except for excessive ones like 55 over and stuff...

but then i started driving slower and i got even more tickets that way...

After i started driving slower but still speeding i would tend to hit the brakes when i see a cop...and everytime i hit brakes when i see cop i get a ticket.

I really don't understand why cops give ticket to somone willing to slow down then someone who ignores them.
