Wanted to share this bit of information.

Some of you may have had the pleasure of viewing the show â€œVictory by Designâ€ on SPEED TV over the last year or so. If you have not seen the shows and are a car freak please take the time to watch. In my opinion they are the best automotive feature shows I have seen. They currently have 6 different episodes Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Jaguar, Maserati, and Porsche. The shows are hosted by Alan de Cadenet.

I emailed the producer, Tony Maylam regarding future episodes that may be under consideration. (Possible Ford Episode?! :scratch:

There is a DVD associated with each episode that includes more footage/cars than the televised show, as well as a 22 minute "Making of VBD" on each DVD.

For example the Jaguar episode is 47 minutes long on TV, but the DVD has 62 minutes of footage + 22 minutes of the "Making of VBD".

The "Making of VBD" is the same on each DVD.

eekkk, I just looked on the website you posted...... they want Â£18 ($34) per DVD!!! and they want only $24.95 on the US site........ We really get ripped off sometimes!

never gonna happen I'm afraid......unless they launch a Ford one

Not that I'm partial (

) . . but the Jaguar, Aston Martin, and Ferrari are worth it.

They all were great. I just love seeing them driving at speed on a road and hearing the exhaust notes. The 12-cyl Ferraris were just phenominal.

I've watched the show before on Speed. Um, the guy doesn't do much other than drive. If you are a car fanatic, well think of this as um... m@sturbation.

! The cars sound awsome and I saw the Ferrari and half the Jaguar eps.! The Ferrari one had everything from P4 330 le mans race car to 250 GTOS, to dinos, to Daytonas, to Grand Prix, to the Enzo!
