Transformers Feedback

Well I saw it over the weekend. I have to say I loved that movie. It was a good old action movie with a good story line. Nothing wrong with that. I think my favourite scene had to be when bumble bee was getting chased by the saleen stang and the rock music was playing in the background. amazing scene.

GM did get there name all over that movie. Besides the Mustang and the army vehicles, everything was GM.

Did anybody else notice the quick scene where the GTO got trashed? It made me happy inside.

Overall very good movie. I just have to start saving for black saleen stang. Does anybody know if saleen offers the blacked out rims as an option? I've only every seen saleens with the chrome rims.

I thought it was a great for what it was. Just an action movie, with a plot about as good as the original show. Thought the skeleton look was kinda cool. Overall I liked it, explosions, destruction with cars and robots. I could think of worse things to go see.

Like any Hollywood movie adaption of a story from another medium, they always have to mess something up or change the story to somehow make it more "believable".

But taking that into consideration and considering the intended audience, the Transformers movie was pretty entertaining.

My son and I both loved the movie. We grabbed a couple Root Beers, a bag of popcorn and enjoyed the movie for what it was "Entertainment". IMO the robots looked incredible, special effects were mind blowing. They mixed action, cars, humor and hot chicks. (What more could you ask for)

P.S. Anyone that thought this had a chance at a "meaningful" thought provoking plot was just fooling themselves anyway. It's a movie based on a freaking cartoon series for God's sake.

Its more realistic then Tom Cruise being a super-agent, or liking women for that matter

Uh-oh. Xenu and his Galactic Confederacy may put a bounty on my head in the 12 known galaxies (oh, wait a sec, that's from Superman).

A religion developed by a science fiction author (and not a very good one, either). There's a clue.
