Agreed. It's nice, but the last few versions of the M3 looked mean. This is just flowing and curvy. It doesnt have the 'muscley' look of the others, and aside from the tail pipes, it doesnt look that different from the base 3 series. Definitely a sleeper of sorts.

 

When I think of M3, I want to see ricers jumping out of their self-installed sunroofs and into the nearest bush. With this theyre going to be like, "Ooooh, a stock 3 series, tee hee." They'll get raped in a race, but still, not M3-ish.

 

It looks OK but not exciting. Frankly, I liked the pics of Santa Barbara more.

 

I would bet this isn't EXACTLY what it will look like. I do agree though that looks wise, the last car was much nicer. Thing is, ALL the last 3s were nicer than the current. All BMWs have been Brangle Mangled. This one isn't horrible, but I do like the last model better. Put this engine in last years body style and you have a winner.

 

its hard to judge with all the camo on the car. i think it looks nice

Nice find, BC. I don't care much for the bimmer crowd but I've always had a soft spot for the M3. Rear 3/4 looks awesome.
