The sky is the limit but your talking about diminishing returns except for the WOW factor (the caveat being if 1 blower cannot provide enough air and you have to use two, but I cant think of a single case where that would be the case).

Yeah, just think of all the horsepower that would be required to turn two positive-displacement superchargers, not to mention all the stress that would be placed on the engine's pulley system, etc! Twin turbo would definitely be the way to go, IMO!
Its the " wow look at me" factor just like feeding a supercharger with a turbo. just a get a quality supercharger kit or turbo setup and the real car guys will know what you got. just make sure if you get well into the boost you get a stout block, quite a few triple digit cars in my area w/o the need of a two superchargers or some ricer set up.
It has been done. IIRC, there was a Fox Thunderbird a while back that had a 351 with two Eaton-style superchargers running parallel vs. the tandem or "stacked setup". Ran in the 10's. http://www.toohighpsi.com/SCTC/sctc.htm
Think a twin Procharged vehicle is out there too. There is even a twin Rotrex supercharged Ferrari. http://blog.titanmotorsports.com/?p=1915
The granddaddy would have to be a twin turbo + twin supercharger setup as seen on this GT-R. http://www.streetfire.net/video/twin...gtr_694976.htm Why? "Because racecar"!?
But, after all is said and done, rather just go with a properly sized twin turbo and be done with it.

Took this a few years ago . . . can't remember what it was going it. I think a GT350 . . . or a '67 GT500 . . . really can't remember. Was taken at Paul's Automotive Engineering (PAE).

If you can find a clip of Bill Cosby talking about his "sister car" Shelby built for him - it is hilarious.
Except I think the 2nd owner totalled it. Supposedly Bill was too scared to drive it on a regular basis. Twin Paxton SC'ed 427 + short wheelbase? I wouldn't blame him.
