Ricers.....
The thing about that car, is that there's obviously been serious money invested into it. And yeah, it's ugly haha. But somebody put a lot of time and effort into it and for that I'll give it some respect. It's when you see the cars that have the same primer gray body kit for 2 years and never get it painted, or just have altezza taillights and a pep boys 4in muffler on their automatic accord and drive around like they own the streets or something that I really get annoyed.
Shoot me for saying it, but it has to be said that as these cars get cheaper and cheaper I think that more "ricer" attitude kids are replacing their civics with fox body and SN95 stangs though and it's sort of depressing to see, but there's a lot of them around me.

Stock they run 14s. You can make a TSI or GSX fast as hell for a few bucks. When I was younger I had some friends who were running low 12s in their mitsu-powered cars...
Yes yes I know I was saying stock for stock. In my opinion I hate how they look so I'd never drive one anyway. There's no point in owning a car you don't like looking at.

Be VERY aware of primered cars my friends primered Chevelle was nothing to mess with!!!
I'm glad to see that most here respect other people's opinions, not a fan of it but as someone else posted a lot of mustangs (S197s too) are being modded by ricers!
Personaly I've always preferred the close to stock look

While I personally prefer the "less is more" style of body work. Bullit>GT if you will. However I can appreciate the effort that went into that car. I personally wouldn't even call that rice, depending on what it sounded like and what was under the hood. Hell, I have a more riced up Mustang V6 that comes into my station every week. Ugh, "GT" logos splattered all over the place, the guys name stenciled under his window.
