I swear i had written "The Mustang Source Rules!" but they cut it out to make space...
Anyways, pic up June's Motor Trend and check out the second letter on page.... uhh... stupid modern magazines with their lack of page numbers and surplus of ads... page 42! That's right... Your's truly got published in Motor Trend.
I'm sorry guys, no i was not writing about the beautiful GT500 on last month's cover, but rather an interesting article in the Technologue section about the idea of green racing. They were talking about having all sorts of different technologies competing in one race, somehow standardizing the amount of energy each car starts with, and having all the cars start with the same amount of energy. I think that would be a lot more interesting than the kind of races we have today where they try to equalize the field by restricting airflow, which actually makes the cars dirtier and less efficient.

Congratulations! I read an article regarding the Indy 500 (actually a number of articles) in which the author wanted to have the 500 a green race to showcase 'GREEN' technology. Given the fact that the 500 used to be an opened ended race in terms of technology, and not standardized as it has become over thet last 20+ years.
