Powered by Ford

"The GT by Citroën (sometimes spelled GTbyCitroën) is a sports car that debuted as a concept car on October 2 at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. The car is a collaboration between the French automaker Citroën and the Japanese racing simulation developer Pholyphony Digital. An extremely limited edition, only 6 cars are to be built."

"In June 2009, Citroën confirmed plans to produce a limited number of GTs for sale to the public. Only six will be built, each costing $1.8 million.
Although the car was powered by hydrogen fuel cells in the game, the real car is powered by a conventional V8 petrol engine built by Ford. The car weighs 1400 kg whether or not it has the petrol engine in."

Which Ford V8 will this car be using? And for that price, it better be a forced induction V8 making ridiculous hp.

Probably. Would be nice to see a twin turbo 5.0.

I watched a couple of videos of this car, and it sounds like any one car may not have the same engine.

This one sounds like it may have a SC: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bzmn5uH-fg

This one sounds like it might have a big block chevy motor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOfBMRKLCCA

They need to use that for a Last Starfighter reboot, that's definately Centauri's new sled (in a good way). Looks like it's built for outerspace.
