This thing is plain and simply the most uninspired car on the road today.
JC was right these guys are just lazy when it comes to design.

Serious wheels info

I mean i can't find a thing to like about this other than thier choice of models to stand with it.

See . . . I like it. Maybe that's becasue I find the Boxster not very attractive, and the Coupe looks SO much better, in my opinion.

I need to compare the Cayman with the new Z4 Coupe in the morning . . .

i was liking this car ever since i saw the first spy shots from the rear of a matt black car. i really like the rear fender bulges. But i gotta admit, i don't like the side view of just about any porsche besides the carrera GT. I guess i find the rest of the cayman not as nice as that tail, but in general i think its pretty cool. Cheaper than the Carrera but pretty much as quick.

I've liked this car since I saw the concepts. We all know Porsche's are all overpriced, but when you take a 911 Carrera vs a cayman S, the performance is equal to favoring the Cayman, for tens of thousands less. I'll probably add a diecast of this car to my collection once they come out.

Yeah... "This thing is plain and simply the most uninspired car on the road today." Wanna tell me how something like that is measured?

Like, I thought a sweet sounding, high revving flat 6 in a perfectly balanced chassis, wrapped in gorgeous bodywork was pretty sweet.

If a bit overpriced....

Personally i think it looks like a Boxter with a roof. BORING!!!!!!!!!!
and the 911's don't even get me started on how bloody boring they are.

I'm not saying anything against the performance or engineering of these cars...I'm mearly commenting on the looks

The carrera gt is the only interesting looking one out there.

I'd take an AM over any porshe anyday even if the AM didn't have any drive train in it. Just on looks alone I'd take it.
But that's my .02

Oh and Jason Z4 coupe here

I think i prefered the z3 coupe more

I personally think its the best car then have right now. The curves just make me melt! Here are some more flattering angles.

Remember what Tony Soprano said about the Porche Boxster?

This is an improvement over the Boxster, but I'd still rather have my GT.

There are better choices, but I think it's a hot car.

I'm glad somebody agreees with me. I am actually a huge fan of the 911, and I think the new 911 is a fantastic looking car. This just looks like the Koreans did a cheap knockoff of the 911 IMO. The roof is too tall and too bulbous, the lines don't flow, the tail isn't nearly as svelte as the 911. It's like taking all of Teri Hatcher's features and putting them on Janet Reno's body, it sounds alright on paper but it just doesn't work. Proportion and shape matter.

I'm pretty sure those are porsche's carbon ceramic brakes, so not as hard as the glow might make you think.
