OMG, Evo!
It really doesn't matter what the cost is, since it's not available in the US, however, according to the article, all it takes is a new tune to achieve those numbers, and the EVO X starting at 300HP and 325lb-ft is only a tune away. The 2006 EVO IX did 0-60 in 4.45sec.

It's nice for what it is but I'll pass. If I were into rally or autoX ya I'd probably drive one but I hate the stigma that this car emblazons lil Johnny in his stock Honda hatch to think that all imports rule and that Japan knows how to make faster cars etc.etc and that V8's aren't where its at . I'm anxiously awaiting to pull up next to one at the track and crushing lil Johnny's spirits and his import pride with a wheel standing V8.
There quick is all I can say. I know a two kids I go to school with(or used to) who each had evos. And... Yeah. Of course this was before I had my mustang. Either way, they ARE fast.
And this evo being even smarter then before only means its gotten faster. But these cars weren't really built for 1/4 but for track days.
I hear they drive themselves
Haha
