After looking at it a few times, I actually see some lines I like in it, but they need to be emphasized a little more. The main cue though, is making it a 2-door. A shorter roof, and there fore a shorter wheelbase would make a noticeable difference IMO.

Pretty friggin' awful..but even if it was somehow good looking it's still a sad day when the name Charger ends up on a re-skinned MB E-Class. That said, Dodge could try to go after the cop/cab fleet market with it.
Looks like they couldn't make up their minds. The front is big and blocky--even leaning forward slightly , yet the roofline is tapering and swoopy.
Who is this supposed to attract?
Just for fun, I did a quick chop of that car in coupe form.
Still not very attractive IMHO, but certainly better....
