New Hummer H3
Does anyone else think that Hummer is a one trick pony? The latest and greatest to come from Hummer is almost a direct copy of the H2, just smaller. This is so annoying. They came up with a good design that people want to buy and now they just beat it dead. First the H2-SUT, now this. What exactly, will Hummer do for updates or product freshenings? They really can't do too much now that the've backed themselves into a corner as far as styling goes. What we have here is a product line that is enitrely Jeep Wrangler type vehicles. A car that is instantly identifiable, yet due to its' instant recognizability has looked almost the exact same forever. GM went and created a whole brand around this. Now you don't need to be a rap star to enjoy the look and feel of being a true badass, you can get the mini-hummer!!!

x a lot of big numbers
Honestly, how many times can they rip off their own design and call it "family resemblance"? This is so lame. It was bad enough to see so many of these things on the streets, just imagine how many there will be now that they are going to be around 30-35 grand?
Why hate on the hummers so much?
The H1 has been proven to be the most competent off roafd vehicle available, bar none. The H2 I will admit, is a psuedo Hummer, but it isn't exactly dead off road either, it's just no where near the H1. The new H3 has already been tested on the Rubicon and passed with flying colors.
Sounds like you guys are just hating on SUV's in general
The army uses these for a reason.

The Porsche Cayenne has been proven to actually do very well off road, almost as well as the infamous Range Rover. The touraeg v10 diesel(same frame as the Cayenne) can tow in excess of 10,000 lbs. ANd the BMW X5 and 3 aren't exactly pansies off road. I won't even comment on the element.
