I agree the design could use some cleanup here and there. Not sure where the headlights are from, but the tail lights are older Lambo units, I've seen them used on other cars too.
It's not too bad looking in person though, although like he said, it is very wide. They have a Cars and Coffee at Motor Cars of Las Vegas every Saturday, been there a few times, and the car us usually there too. Although I don't remember seeing it there last weekend.

Its a small world with this car and I and here's why. Before I bought my Mustang, I would always head up to Skytop Mountain in Skytop PA (Poconos), for the La Bella Macchinna D'Italia. Its the annual Italian (and other) Exotic Car gatering. Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Maserati, Porsche, Lotus, Lancia and others all congregate up to the hotel (which is AMAZING! What a place to stay). Saturday is the Concourse show ($20 entry fee), while Sunday is track day for the owners at Pocono Speedway ($25 fee, or $40 for both days).
In 2003 I saw the SSC Ultimate Aero on the grass of the show, and saw it take the track on Sunday. I gotta say, the car in person is MUCH BETTER looking than pictures. Very wide, and very low! Sunday. I asked the fellow there, who was driving it (Not Mr Shelby), if they were going to "shake it down" on Sunday. He said come by and you'll see
. Went back Sunday (was planning on it anyway, and I gotta say one thing...THAT CAR IS BLEEPING FAST!!!
He stayed on the bottom of the track, doing high-speed testing for about an hour, and then would bring it into the paddock, where they topped off the fuel and broke out the laptop. The sound it made was amazing!! Quite when it was coming down the straight until it passed! It was hauling SERIOUS A$$ around the track!!! I have video of it somewhere around my house. I filmed about 2 hours of tape. Most of the footage was of various cars doing laps (the SSC was one of them), and my 4 laps in a Murcielago, as a passenger while Valentino Balboni was driving. Payed $100, for charity to ride shotgun in a Lamborghini around Pocono at 175!!!
The SSC is one amazing piece of automobile technology!!!

Meh i'd rather have the Veyron. I mean you have 16 cylinders and 4 turbo's and 4 radiators..not many people can say they have that. and if you could some how up the boost on those turbo's...wow
