I have been waiting to get an 05 Stang, mostly for all the problems to get worked out.

Well last night, I was involved in a fender bender. I was making a left hand turn, and to make a long story short the other driver was NOT paying attention. He rammed right into me. He then backed up and speed off as fast as he could, so these were taken this morning.

No offical estimate yet, but this is what the body guy told me by just quickly looking it over.

1. Fender
2. Wheel/Tire (Those were my snows to, ERR!)
3. Hood.
4. Radiator Support
5. Bent Control Arm
6. Bumper Cover
7. Broken Strut
8. Headlight/Turn Signal

That stinks. I was driving home from my buddies house at about 2:30 am on a Sat. I jumped onto the freeway and started to cruise at about 60. I was in the second lane and there was no one, that I saw, on the freeway. Then all of a sudden some retard rear ends me and tries to take off. Well, I was driving my F-150 at the time and he was driving an eclipse, so he wasn't able to get far before I caught up to him and made him pull over. I was in such a rage that I had to walk away (after calling the cops) just so I wouldn't beat the living daylights out of the guy. Come to find out he had no insurance and no license.

To make a long story finally end...Hit and run drivers stink.

 

wow man, that sux. my friend got screwed over by a hit n run driver. he chased him on foot, cuz it was his mom's van that got screwed. that was the car they used to "drop the lil ones 2 skoo"

 

The estimate came in at $4,400. It was dark so I could not grab the plate #.

The insurance company is being very good about it and waiving the deductable because its a hit and run.
