are you kidding? The shelby kicked some a$$, that is one badass car...

the Aventador is just sick

 

all of these cars are their drivers pick cars for 2012, the subaru is a fun car to drive they say, not so powerful but fun. It follows the other parts of this series so that's why it was in the race (it didn't do to bad...).

 

Auto ****! I would have loved to been there to hear it in person. Shelby seems pretty consists with its11.6 1\4 mile runs.

 

Loved the collection of exhaust notes at the end. One thing for sure, nothing can beat the sound of a V8, especially American V8.

 

Awesome! Would have paid $$ to be there in person. The engine revving at the very end is priceless.

 

Popped a woody watching this. That Aventador revving at the end is ungodly.

LOL'd at the BRZ coming along later, doing a show-off donut. Set the tone for the whole video - showing all kinds of awesome go fast abilities, but not completely stuck up while doing it.

 

I agree with the sentiments above. Love that this is not a race to see the fastest car in the world, but a race amongst the best "drivers cars" in the world. The Subaru whipping out a donut was awesome, and the Aventador is...just...you know what it is. Just pants wet amazing.
Loved that they saved the Shelby exhaust note for last. Can't beat it (unless they pulled a Boss in there!)

Worth 6 minutes just to hear the Aventador exhaust rev for one second. That is seriously the most beautiful sound I've ever heard.

 

Dunno man. Not a fan.
I prefer the sound of a Ferrari. And I would prefer the Mclaren over the whole lot.

 

Jeezus that exhaust montage at the end is golden. Totally prefer the sound of a large V8, but those 'smaller' exotic V12s... man, that's hot.

And it's awesome to see the Shelby taking jabs at the supercar class for a fraction of the price. Still blows my mind.

I agree with the montage at the end, it's epic, the American v8 is the most amazing sound, the v12 just sound like F1 race cars to me, nothing special.... The shelby ROCKED, 4th and beat cars more expensive? I just watched this with my 6 year old, he of course roots for the mustang, and he calls the camaro the "mustang chevy" but shelby kicked it's a$$ which makes me happy
