Interesting.
I can't speak for the population centers of northern Oregon, but in South West/South Central/South East Oregon, Ford pickups used to dominate for a long time - esp with all the loggers and farmers.
But the last several years it has swung to Dodge/Ram based on what I see on the road. With the economy still suffering, in large part due to logging shutdown by ****ing D.C., and their attack on farmers since 2001, Ram is winning the market on price. As much as I love Ford pickups, they continue to price themselves out of this market.
