I told my friend about this, and she was like whats that mean, so I told her the guy basically put a sock in his engine and got it stuck in the spinny thing that makes it go, and she was just like, wow, thats pretty stupid. That guy should be laughed out of the car world.

From reading that whole thread, I got the impression there's a plastic tray under the engine that it got stuck in. I guess he couldn't get to it without removing the cover.

You are right. The plastic tray is removeable with the tools that come with the BMW toolkit in the trunk, however.




Since it's a BMW, he should have plugged it with lederhosen.
