Okay so I had this deal all set to go and everything and this other dealership (JOHN KENNEDY FORD) has the ***** to actually lie to the customer and sell the same identical vehicle to my customer for less. Well the truth is that they couldn't sell the vehicle for less and just suckered him into the deal and switch the pricing right before delivery. Shady if you ask me. That's not how we do business here at
Sloan. We work with people and stand by our words, not bait and switch in order to take advantage of a customer.

And thats what ticks me off. They used a lot of dishonesty not only to gain the deal but to rip off the customer even more.

So all in all just a little tidbit of info for possible buyers in Eastern PA...

DON'T buy from ANY John Kennedy Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership!

Thanks Jeff.

I'm sure there are good people there but I don't agree with how they are doing business. I would personally rather lose a deal than be dishonest to a customer and have it blow up in my face.

I wasnt going to say anything, but i just got mine from there... and I was offered 1000 dollars off msrp from a dealer in NJ, but there was a kennedy ford minutes from my house.... so they said they would give me the same deal... the car came in and they said they never said they were going to do that... so, by all means i was sooo mad i walked out and said, sell the car because i dont want it... i yelled and whatnot... So my dad called as the nice guy and they finally said they would do that!... i was ready to wait for another car, order another from another dealer... i wouldnt suggest anyone going to the ford dealership in feasterville!!!! i was upset with them too!

That's the same exact one that is doing this too. It's a real shame and gives all of us dealer's a bad name

Sorry to hear you had a rotten experience, it can really put a sour taste in one's mouth can't it?

Thank you for sharing your experience though
