Moose, I was going to post that in my Holden thread a couple of days ago, and say the same thing about Aussie cars lol

I think it looks pretty good

I like it more with the blacked out bumper surroundings

I was about to say that thing must be a Aussie model since it looks like a mixture of Holden and Aussie Ford designs.

Exactly what I was thinking Ed. A total ripoff of the Ford Falcon FPV GT!!

I personally think the Ford Falcon looks 10x better than this (the lip mspoiler on this is just...wrong). But it's close to parity with the Holden, and a helluva lot better than the NA Camry, IMO.

I take it this is based on a (US) Camry chassis? If that is so, it may only be a matter of time before someone decides to "clone" one. Seems a similar fate may be awaiting Pontiac's G8.

This just proves my point that auto companies think Americans are stupid about cars. I like it. I hate the American version.

While a vast improvement over ANY past Cramry I can remember, still not exactly a knock your socks off design.

How do people actually look at the current Cramry and actually think it's beautiful?? Someone's been dipping into the Toyota tonic pretty heavily me thinks.

I didn't hear people complain about 2002-2006 Camry; I don't know why they complain now.

The last Camry was just boring. A sin but not anything I can much mock given all cars int that segment were boring before the Fusion hit. Bu the new one s minsultingly poor. Like "oh Americans have no taste, we'll put some swoops and curves on a bland, uninspired design and they'll love it becuase they don't know what a good car should look like." However true that may be, no need to rub our noses in it.

I've just never found Camrys to be that thrilling and I've been around them quite a bit. My sister-in-law had one and one of my friends has had several. I had one for 5 days as a rental. About all I can say about it is that it got me where I needed to go in a bland sort of way.

I like the last generation Camry a lot better than the current one. It doesn't have any one styling feature that really offends me. It's handsome in a vanilla ice cream sort of way, like the Ford 500. The current Camry: oh god, don't get me started! So many things on that car jump out and scream "ugly" to me.
Did you you notice that red Aurion looks a lot like the previous gen Camry with a new grille and headlights (check out the greenhouse shape).
