I can't believe I'm saying this.

I thought this might turn a good conversation. But I was thinking, after reading the new Dream Giveaway e-mail, about what would be kind of cool in the Camaro camp as far as re designs go. The 1970+ I think would be pretty sweet to see re-done. Anyone else think this could be a sweet style to resurrect?

Dunno about resurrecting but I would love to restomod a 70 or 71. The best Camaro style ever.

The only Camaro that I ever liked is a 1977-1981 model.

I guess I wasn't thinking that through. But I also didn't have the current body style in mind at all either. Just wipe the slate clean. But this puts a certain perspective on things.

I've always thought the 2nd generation Camaros were horrible looking. 1st gen were the only ones that ever looked decent to my eye, and frankly I prefer the Firebird.

First Gen for sure.

And I too like the second Gen though I'd never own one because I'd have to give up a Mustang to get one.

I just feel the first gen is over done. Great styling but everyone and their mother restores a first gen Camaro.

The early 2nd gens are my favorite F-bodies, both Camaro and Firebird from 70-73 and about 74 for the 'bird. I would love to get my hands on a 70 or so Trans-Am and Formula.
