well i went to the other side, were having a week long car show - cruise in & i could not take it no more , seeing all these pro street cars running around got me excited & i bought this chevy s10 drag truck to convert into pro street, i spent my supercharger money, so i guess that will have to wait, its kind of a long story, but i ended up with a s10, an ugly trailer & a 99 ford f150 4 door cab, 4.6, for a little over what the ford is worth, will post pics of ford later.

 

Truck looks pretty darn straight! What drivetrain combination are you going with?

not real sure yet, a friend has a big block 454 & 400 trans i could get cheap, but they dont make headers for the BB s10, they have to be special made, so i am still looking into that, i would like to have a supercharged 350, but that would take a while, been looking on race junk at different things , hopefully something good will fall in my lap.

 

yes it looks to be in real great shape, springs are not rotten, it has a big storage space up front, plus i can use it to haul the mustang .

that would be a good idea, it already has a ford 9 inch with 513 gears, i have to recover from this spending spree, so it will be awhile, i still got body parts getting painted for the mustang, trying to make a trade with them , trade my 6x12 enclosed trailer for paint work & blast & paint the trailer, i will find out tomorrow.

Honestly if your looking to go fast on a budget that was the smartest thing you could of done! Now you can leave the stang alone and enjoy it for what it is

You need a 400 main block with a 396 or something like that, some AFR heads, and a powerglide....

i am enjoying it already, the engine was in ohio & the guy met us in Nashville, we got all kind of attention with it in the back of the truck, everywhere we stopped we drew a crowd, can just imagine what its going to be like in the s10 running.
