That's what you get for trying to mod your car.

That really sucks. Now there is major damage to be taken care of.

Wood and drywall screws! Maybe the shops going green.

hey, I kinda like the 350

I'd sue them in about 5 seconds, that's unbelieveable, it's not like they just screwed up the new stuff, but the rest of it as well

Hey Karl, I'm usually always anti-import, but in this situation, I really do feel bad for the guy. He's a car guy like us, but with a different brand of car. In that realm, we're all alike and we never like to see our own taken advantage of, or someone's pride and joy (their car) messed with by, in this instance, a ****TY body shop! Especially in that severity! How about we cut this fellow some slack, with all he has to deal with.

I'd be sick. I'm normally not sue happy, but they neglegently damaged his car. Waiver or no waiver, I would be looking into legal action. That's blatantly unacceptable.

Did you see what the shop did to the car? They uses sheet metal screws all down the bottom of the door sills to hold the kit in place (which means the screws were fastened into the chassis) and they uses WOOD to adjust the fit! WTF!!! And the paint was flaking off when the owner of the shop was washing it!! Places like this should be shut down ASAP!!!

I assume that was his car that he got back. I'd double check the VIN numbers to make sure. Seems like some of the stuff was unnecessary, or wasn't like that to begin with.

But man, that sucks. I like the 350z.

Side story. A friend of mine worked at a car audio place. Said this lady brought in her car, and asked if they could install a new radio in her 35oz. 35 ounce? Yeah, my 35 ounce. You mean like a fountain soda? no, like my car. She thought that 350z meant 35oz. So ever since then if we ever go get something to drink we go get Floz.

Yep, caveat emptor.

Still, I'd be suing in a heartbeat.

Why even would the guy that qouted him even attempt to do a job like that if they had no idea
what they were doing. That has to be one of the worst scab jobs i have ever seen. The obviously
don't have the skills to pay the bills !
