I know this isn't a stang, but it is quite an impressive feat of dropping in anywhere from 400-600hp in a roadster. Essentially this guy Mallet dropped an LS2 (i.e. from our dreaded foes, Mr Corvette and GTO) into a Pontiac Solstice. He's even offering conversions for those with enough coin!

From what I understand, next year this guys planning on dropping an LS7 into the new Saturn Sky as well, which is based off the same platform.
It's just to help keep you guys aware of potential competition sometime down the road!!!
A 7 litre roadster under 3000 pounds ain't nothing to sneeze at, Stang or no Stang!

Pontiac's Miata version. No space but looks like a very nice fun toy.

It's been done before , the Monster Miata cars (1st gen models) with 5.0 stuffed inside.
