The Pontiac dealer on Main Street has a one waiting for you Doug. Black w/6-spd.
Makes you drool, doesn't it?

I think GM is mainly doing this because they want to get rid of the trucks and SUVs that are on their lots. They dumped a ton of money into refreshing their truck/SUV line and I guess they don't want a lot of older, cheaper "previous gen" models still sitting around when the new ones come out.
Even though I could have picked up last year's Goat for $24,000 with incentives some months ago, I see no reason not to wait for the Shelby or SE Stang.
However, for someone waiting for an excuse to pull the trigger on a GTO, this is probably a great one. (No pun intended.)

It's a goat! An UGLY GOAT at that! ! A POS! Leave it there! It's where it belongs; on the lot, with all that other GM junk!
As for the $21k.............$21k to much, in my opinion

Guys - I was just curious. I'd never go to the dark side and take a Goat over my Pretty Pony
.
The employee discount is indeed true - you'll see a link if you go to www.gmbuypower.com
An '05 GTO, with the employee discount would cost me $30,293. Hey, where did you see and '05 GTO for $21k? That is a steal...if I was a goat-fanboy that is.
