The first wrecked Bugatti Veyron
The first privately owned Veyron, that is. There were 2 other crashes during factory testing.
The car slid into a ditch because of aquaplaning. The driver seems to be OK, so are the engine and the cabin interior.

Back to Molsheim that car goes. You know that there isn't any body shop that could fix it right. I bet the only ones able to repair it back to new condition is Bugatti's own factory.

From a source I know, there are around 77 Bugatti Veyrons worldwide. By this time (one year) the Enzo's produced was around 200. Seems like one to 77 is much faster than the one in 200 during the first year of Enzo's.
Unfortunately. The car possibly has chassis damage, and because it landed in a ditch, we can expect that the undercarriage took the blunt of it as well. I would be surprised if it is not considered totaled. It will probably be cheaper for a full new chassis/ suspension/ undercarriage, than trying to repair what is there.

I would agree with A, but B? Money does not equal ability. I imagine the Veyron is a lot more car than many people can handle.
