Chrysler has already promised a range of powertrains for the Dart, including three different engines and a trio of transmissions (including an optional nine-speed automatic!). Power will come from the automaker's range of new Tigershark small-displacement engines, including a 2.0-liter, 16-valve four, a 1.4-liter MultiAir turbo and a 2.4-liter MultiAir.

looks really good, some of the curvaceous lines reminds me a lot of the old Neon (i liked those btw). huge step forward from the Caliber.

If it's going to be a Dart, they could've at least given the RT version some kind of Dart style paint treatment. Black roof and quarter panel stripe, blacking the hood depression, etc... maybe a retroish blackout panel. Not a bad car, but they could've done a better job of capitalizing on the name IMO. Hey, it's a step in the right direction and yet another car I'd buy before a Civic.
Engine choice is lame. 175-184 hp maximum? give me a break. Hope the overall mechanical quality is better than my 2001 Ram. It was falling apart at 24 months. At least they are trying!
