Dodge Challenger
I e-mailed Dodge last week expressing interest in the Challenger concept and they replied with a link to a survey asking what drivetrain, models, prices, etc I would like to see, buy, etc. A lot of people have been talking about it so if you want to go give your input here's the link they gave me

Only an $800 difference between the 425hp 6.1 and the 350hp 5.7? Sounds like a deal to me.

Sounds too good to be true.

I like that idea that Dodge has. They are listening to the people trying to give them what they want, by giving them the survey they could see what their customers want and give that to them. I wish Ford would take this into consideration, not only with upcoming Mustangs but other cars as well.
I voted on the 425 hp with 6 sp manual. If Dodge makes this for a low price like it was stated in the survey, then Ford would be forced to give something similar for the same price (or better) or else suffer sales. Gotta love competition, it always brings out the best in everyone.
"425 Horsepower V8 Hemi with 6-Speed Manual at + $3,000 over base V6 Manual"
I'm assuming this means at the price of v6 plus a minimum of $3,000 added to the price

Gathering information and using it to make intelligent decisions are two different things. Let's hope DCX actually follows through with the second part and puts the survey to good use.

I agree with you, but it's still a step foward to hearing what their customers want.

Let's try not to be pessimistic so early on

I cannot imagine there will only be a $800 difference between the 350 and 425HP cars. If they pull that off, Ford needs to take a lesson from them.
Imagine the $29,000 Mustang GT with 300HP sitting right along side the $29,800 Mach 1 with $360HP.
Guess which car isn't selling well anymore.
