As an owner of a 98 Dodge Avenger I for one do not like it hahaha
I hate to see it tranformed into a 4 door grocery getter.
I hope they will do a SRT version of it, then I would buy another Avenger.

At least is is not a ugly as some of the first pictures I saw of it when it was being designed and a prototype shown.

 

I'm surprised they didn't call it Mini-Charger or Charger-Lite.

Naw, an example of trying to shrink down a larger car to a smaller one. Ends up looking kind of awkward in the translation. Front is kind of blocky and disjointed in its details, like one too many stylists had a hand in this.

I want to see it in person before I decide if MOPAR made a big mistake. With the unsold inventory eating the botton of their shorts, Chrysler needs to do something to stop the bleeding. Too many cars to chose from and crappy/non-customer oriented option packages. Want to sell cars? Sell me what I want and not what you want me to want. Can't help but wonder which car company will go bust first and when that will occur.

It's a shame they could not make it a two door, and give the front a little more style. Then again I think with the Challenger coming Dodge probably figures it only needs one 2 door sport car. Well, atleast it's got dual exhaust (a must IMHO for a car too look better, it was the one thing I always wanted on my past V6)

 

are they building this off of the sebring platform???
